Things about me…

1.  Mexican American

2. I was adopted when I was a few months old

3. I found my biological sister, but she seemed too needy, and shady

4. My biological sister connected me with my natural mother.  I wrote our “mom” a letter just saying that I had a happy life, and love my family.  Just wanted to let her know things were good.  She never responded.  Figured she didn’t want to have shit to do with me, so I never wrote her again.

5.  Never been married, but with the same man for about 24 years.

6.  My adopted mother died when I was 10 years old, my adopted father died when I was 33 years old.

7.  My “nephew” sexually assaulted me when I was 14 stating, “It’s OK…you’re not my real aunt, so it’s ok.” He was the same age as I was.  My dumbass smoked some mota with him, and fell asleep.  I woke up to find him on top of me.

8.  I have two sisters.  My oldest sister has the same mother as our middle sister, but a different dad. Our middle sister is the only child from both our parents, and she doesn’t let us forget it.

9. I have four biological sisters, and four biological brothers.  I only contacted two brothers, one responded to my letter, but made it clear that he was not looking for more family.  The other never responded.  The other sisters don’t know that they were adopted, so no contact with them was ever made.

14.  I’ve lived in the same house since I was 14.

15.  My father was an alcholic.

16.  My Hombre is an alcholic.

17.  Never been arrested.

18.  I’m 5 feet tall, and currently weigh 200 lbs. as of 07/2007.  Ugh…I cannot beleive I have let myself go!

19.  I have blue-black hair (yes, I dye it), a beauty mark on my left cheek, dark brown eyes, and medium toned skin.

20.  I think my best feature is my eyes.

21.  Worst feature…everything else.

22.  I love R&B music!  I can listen to slow jams all day long!  Some hip-hop, less rap.

23.  Starting to listen to more Tejano music…trying to get back in touch with my roots!!

24.  Hombre and I don’t sleep in the same bed.  He sleeps in the living room on the pullout, and I share a room with BabyGirl. 

25.  Hombre and I used to sleep in the living room together until his drinking got so bad that every time he came to bed at night, he would just start groping, and shit.  Even when I was sick with a stomach virus, he kept on.  It’s like I’m just a big vagina to him, and that’s it.  So I moved out of his bed.  I sleep better now.

26.  All my children are Hombre’s, in case you’re wondering.

27.  I work in IT.

28.  Hombre works in construction, primarily framing houses.

29.  There was a time when Hombre made all the money, while I was on welfare. He would hold that over my head whenever we would get into an argument.  He would tell me that if it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have heat, food, furniture, etc.

30.  I make twice as much as Hombre does, now.  But I never rub his face in it.  I didn’t like it when he did it to me, so I would never cut his balls off by doing that to him.
